About Us

The Colorado Mathematical Association of Two Year Colleges, ColoMATYC, is an association established to provide a space for open discussion and collaboration amongst math faculty about teaching mathematics of all levels at two-year colleges in the state of Colorado. Its purpose is to promote professional development for faculty and to work toward providing the best mathematical education for all students at its affiliated colleges. Collaboration amongst professionals is a priority within ColoMATYC.

ColoMATYC is a branch of the American Mathematical Association of Two Year Colleges, AMATYC, and there is a conference held every spring for ColoMATYC at one of the Colorado Community College System colleges.
